Eastmoreland Park:
A Place Where Families Can Gather

It’s here; it’s installed; and it’s being used! For those of us who have waited so long for a new playground, August 5th was a wonderful day to celebrate our ribbon cutting ceremony. We received many thanks from Titan Development for the patience and care our neighbors exercised during the construction phase of this project. The men who worked on this project were very pleased with the appreciative comments they received and were delighted to share in the joy that has come to our neighborhood.
	It has been wonderful to join families and friends at the park, sharing in the benefits of this special community project.
One of the surprises that came soon after the completion, was hearing from a neighbor who wanted to have a birthday party in the park for her child, inviting family and friends. As far as we know, that has never happened in this neighborhood. Kudos to you!
	Many thanks to all those involved. Our contributors will be remembered as we continue to work on plans for installation of the bricks and fencing. We will begin plans and preparations for final touches within the next few weeks.
